Dunstone Into Red Deer Final

Matt Dunstone, with Colton Lott at third, super spare E.J. Harnden and Ryan Harnden on the front end, is set to play John Epping (Sudbury) in the final of the Red Deer Curling Classic.
To advance to the semifinals, Dunstone won 4-2 over Casper in the quarterfinals.
Dunstone finished 4-1 in the 28-team qualifying round.
In their opening game, Dunstone defeated Daylan Vavrek (Sexsmith, AB) 10-4, then won 8-5 against Brent Pierce (New Westminister, BC) to advance to an A-Qualifier game where they lost 5-3 against Rylan Kleiter (Saskatoon).
Dunstone responded with a 7-4 win over Charley Thomas (Saskatoon, SK) to advance to the B-Qualifier game where they won 8-3 against Epping to advance to the playoff round.
Dunstone is now 3-0 against Epping so far this season, having faced off in both the Henderson Metal Fall Classic and the Nufloors Penticton Curling Classic in October.
Dunstone will start with the hammer due to them qualifying in the B-event and look to add their second event win of the season, winning the Henderson Metal Fall Classic in October.
The Final goes at 3:30 pm Mountain Time (MT) at the Pidherny Centre in Red Deer.
