McDonah/McCurdy in Edmonton for U25 NextGen Mixed Doubles
Olivia McDonah and Chris McCurdy open their season at the U25 NextGen Classic Mixed Doubles, running Aug. 23–25 at the Saville Community Sports Centre in Edmonton. The Truro, Nova Scotia duo are together for another year and have added Kevin Ouellette as coach.
The pair qualified out of the East for the Canadian Under-21 Mixed Doubles Championship in Sudbury last March, and McCurdy also wore the Maple Leaf at the World Juniors with Team Calan MacIsaac. The mixed doubles winner in Edmonton earns a berth in Curling Canada's NextGen Program.
