Thiesse/Dropkin and Fenson/Stopera lead U.S. mixed doubles at halfway

Two of the United States' most consistent mixed doubles teams have pulled clear at the halfway mark of the round robin. Cory Thiesse and Korey Dropkin, and Sarah Fenson and Andrew Stopera, are both 4-0.

Three teams trail them at 2-2. The top three teams advance to the playoffs, and the top seed earns a bye directly into a best-of-three final.

Thiesse, of Duluth, Minnesota, and Dropkin play as Team Cory Thiesse on the Doubles World Team Ranking tour, while Fenson and Stopera play as Team Sarah Fenson, based in Chaska, Minnesota.
